What to Expect When You Call
A project manager — not a salesperson — will call to schedule your free in-home estimate. At the estimate, we measure, review the scope with you, and discuss your goals and budget. You receive a detailed written proposal within two to three business days. There is no charge and no obligation at any step until you sign a contract.
How We Handle Your Project
North South Construction builds with licensed, insured trade partners — carpentry, tile, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical — coordinating every phase directly and serving as the single point of accountability from permit to final walkthrough. Every project includes a dedicated project manager, weekly progress updates, and a written workmanship warranty.
Permit Coordination
We pull all required permits with Cherokee, Cobb, and Fulton counties. Permit timelines are built into your project schedule before work begins, so there are no surprises. Ask us about permit requirements for your specific project during the estimate visit.
What Projects We Handle
North South Construction is a full-scope general contractor. We build and renovate kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-home renovations, room additions, custom built-ins, fireplace surrounds, staircases, decks, ceilings and trim, exterior siding, and outdoor living spaces. Project Timeline Expectations
Most focused-scope projects — a bathroom update, a staircase railing replacement, a custom built-in — take one to four weeks. Full kitchen renovations typically run four to eight weeks. Whole-home renovations and additions run two to six months depending on scope and permitting. We build realistic timelines into every proposal and update you whenever anything changes the schedule. We do not give optimistic timelines to win the job and then miss them.
