Quotes & pricing
We provide a flat-rate quote on site before work begins; that quote — not any figure on this website — governs the price of your job. Membership fees and plan benefits are described on the Membership section and may be updated over time.
Warranty
Workmanship is covered for one year from the date of service, subject to the terms provided with your invoice. The warranty covers our labor; manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided separately by their makers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North South Construction is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
